Complete a short intake questionnaire
Tell us about your teenager's concerns, preferences, and what kind of support would help. This takes about 3 minutes.
We assign your counsellor
Based on your intake responses, our team assigns a verified counsellor whose expertise, language, availability, and approach is the right fit for your teenager.
Book a session time
Select your preferred date and time, session format (online/in-person), and review the booking details.
Complete the consent process
Review and confirm parent/guardian consent and relevant information about confidentiality and your teenager's rights.
Pay securely
Complete payment via Razorpay using UPI, cards, or net banking. No hidden fees.
Attend the session
Your teenager receives their first session. You receive joining instructions before the appointment.
Continue at your own pace
Rebook as needed through your parent dashboard. Resources and guidance are available at every stage.
